Racko Bridge is a desktop application that serves as a crucial link between your Racko account and your local hardware, such as printers and scales. This powerful tool enhances your shipping process by enabling seamless communication between Racko's cloud-based system and your physical devices.

System Requirements
- Windows 10 or later (with latest updates)

Installation
- Go to Settings > Printing > Racko Bridge.
- Click "Install Racko Bridge" for your operating system (Windows or Mac).
- Run the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Launch Racko Bridge after installation.
- When prompted, allow Racko Bridge to start automatically at login.
- Log in using your Racko admin credentials.
Configuration
Once installed and logged in, you can configure Racko Bridge:
- Go to Settings > Printing > Racko Bridge Settings.
- Rename workstations and devices as needed.
- Share or disable specific devices for other Racko users.
- Set default printers for different document types.
Using Racko Bridge
Printing
- Select an order or shipment in Racko.
- Click the "Print" menu and choose the document type (e.g., label, packing slip).
- In the print preview, select "Print through Racko Bridge".
- Choose the desired printer and click "Print".
Scale Integration
- Connect a compatible USB scale to your workstation.
- In Racko, when configuring a shipment, click the scale icon next to the weight field.
- Racko Bridge will automatically capture and input the weight from the connected scale.
Best Practices
- Install Racko Bridge only on workstations with connected printers or scales.
- Keep Racko Bridge running in the background for seamless operation.
- Regularly check for updates to ensure you're using the latest version.
- Use descriptive names for workstations and devices to avoid confusion.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with Racko Bridge:
- Ensure the application is running and logged in.
- Check that your printers and scales are properly connected via USB.
- Verify that you have the latest version of Racko Bridge installed.
- Restart the application and/or your workstation if problems persist.
Limitations
- Wireless and network printers may not be fully supported.
- Some specialized label printers may have limited compatibility.
