Important Notes for QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced Users
When integrating Racko with QuickBooks Online Plus or Advanced, please be aware of the following changes:
-
Quantity on Hand Tracking: This setting in QuickBooks Online will be turned off. Racko will manage all inventory quantities.
-
Item Type Changes:
- Inventory items in QuickBooks Online will be changed to non-inventory items
- Bundle items in QuickBooks Online will be changed to non-inventory items
These changes are necessary due to limitations in QuickBooks Online's support for third-party integrations. Rest assured that Racko will fully manage your inventory, and these changes will not affect your ability to track and manage your stock effectively.
